Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. We process orders quickly, usually within 6 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately don't accept general returns or exchanges.
Please record a clear, continuous video while opening your parcel. The video should start before the package is opened and clearly show the issue. Then email the video along with your order number to ourmarkoff@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order.
The video helps us verify whether damage happened during delivery and allows us to raise the issue properly with our courier partner.
Refunds for prepaid orders may apply if your product is unexpectedly out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, or if the courier is unable to deliver your order. Approved refunds are processed back to your bank account within 7 working days. COD orders are not charged unless delivered, so a refund isn't needed for undelivered COD parcels.
