This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and paid for when you order from MARKOFF.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 6 hours of confirmation. Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner for dispatch.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 48 hours to 4 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan.

Delivery charges are the same across Pakistan regardless of your city, we do not charge more for remote areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number along with the relevant courier's tracking link, so you can follow your order until it arrives.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order but before it has been dispatched, email us at ourmarkoff@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your updated delivery address
We will update it on our end where possible. Once an order has been handed to the courier, address changes depend on the courier's own ability to redirect the shipment and cannot always be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or amended only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, email us at ourmarkoff@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible, processing happens quickly (within 6 hours), so early contact gives us the best chance of catching it in time.
