Welcome to Markoff! "We," "us," and "our" refer to Markoff, operated by MARKOFF. We operate this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store runs on Shopify, which helps us provide the Services to you.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping & Payment Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you shop with us. Please read them carefully, they cover important things like product use, payment, and the limits of our liability.

By visiting, browsing, or ordering from Markoff, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

To place an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or are ordering with a parent or guardian's involvement.

If you create an account with us, or provide information at checkout, you confirm that the details you give us, email, phone number, billing and shipping information are accurate, current, and belong to you. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. Please don't transfer, sell, or share your account with anyone else.

2. Our Products

We do our best to describe and photograph Markoff products accurately. A few honest caveats:

Colors and packaging may look slightly different on your screen than in person, depending on your device.
Markoff is formulated for hard, non-porous bathroom and kitchen surfaces. It is not intended for marble, natural stone, geyser interiors, or food-contact surfaces, and we're not responsible for damage resulting from use outside these intended surfaces.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time, without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it, this usually happens automatically, but we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, once it's accepted, we may not be able to cancel it (see our Shipping & Payment Policy for our order-change and cancellation window).

Purchases from Markoff are for your own personal or household use, not for resale or export.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Card, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Any discounts or promotions run under their own terms; where those conflict with this page, the promotion's terms apply.
You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate, that you're authorized to use that payment method, and that you'll cover the charges, including delivery fees and any applicable taxes, shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our processing times, delivery timelines, courier partners, and delivery charges are covered in our Shipping & Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we've correctly handed your order to our courier partner, we're not liable for delays caused by the courier or by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our approach to returns, wrong or damaged items, and refunds is covered in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, product photography, website content, and design belong to Markoff or our licensors, and are protected under Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Please don't reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or brand assets without our written permission. Shopify's own name, logo, and trademarks belong to Shopify, and any other brand names appearing on our Services belong to their respective owners.

8. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may give you access to tools provided by third parties as part of our Services. We don't control these tools and provide access to them "as is," without any warranty. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk — please check the relevant provider's own terms before using them.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and visiting them is at your own risk. Any issue with a third-party product or service should be raised directly with that third party.

10. Our Relationship with Shopify

Markoff is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Markoff. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Markoff, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Markoff.

11. Privacy

Any personal information we collect through our Services is handled under our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Because our store runs on Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes some information about your use of our Services in order to provide and improve them. By using our Services, you confirm you've read our Privacy Policy.

12. Feedback

If you send us feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions, you're giving us permission to use them freely, including for marketing or improving our Services without any obligation to compensate you or keep them confidential. Please make sure any feedback you share is genuinely yours to give, and doesn't contain anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, our website may contain typos or errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to update, change, or cancel orders affected by such errors, at any time — including after you've placed an order.

14. Prohibited Uses

Please don't use our Services to:

Break any law or regulation.
Infringe on our intellectual property, or anyone else's.
Harass, abuse, or harm anyone connected with Markoff.
Send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious code.
Impersonate another person or entity, or provide false information.
Scrape, extract, or use automated tools (including AI agents — see Section 15) to access our Services without permission.
Interfere with or bypass any security or access measures we use.

We may suspend or close your account, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms.

15. AI Agents

If you use an AI agent or other automated tool to access or interact with our Services on your behalf, it must clearly identify itself as an agent in its requests, must not disguise itself as a human user or bypass measures (like CAPTCHAs) meant to distinguish humans from bots, and must not circumvent any access controls we put in place. We may block or limit agent access to our Services at our discretion.

16. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You'll remain responsible for any amounts owed up to that point. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on our Services is provided for general purposes, and we don't guarantee it's complete, accurate, or up to date at all times — please use your judgment.

Except as expressly stated by Markoff, our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Nothing in this section removes any right or protection you're entitled to under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markoff, our officers, employees, and affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of our Services or products, even if we've been advised such damages were possible.

This limitation doesn't apply to liability that can't legally be excluded under Pakistani law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

19. Indemnification

You agree to cover any reasonable losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that Markoff or Shopify faces because of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your violation of someone else's rights.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

21. Waiver & Entire Agreement

If we don't enforce a particular term, that doesn't mean we're waiving our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Shipping & Payment Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Markoff, replacing any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.

22. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at our discretion.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or policies evolve. Continuing to use our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
